Business Review

We write down what is getting in the way of cash, time, or how much work gets finished, and we say whether you need a build, marketing, a cleanup, or back-office help first.

When it fits

  • The explanation changes depending on who you ask.
  • You have already tried a tool, a hire, or a campaign and the week still sticks.
  • You want a stop-list as much as a to-do list.
  • You will put a principal in the conversation.

When it does not

  • You already know the limiter and only want hands on one named workstream.
  • You want us to run ads, answer the inbox, or rebuild the floor during the review.
  • You need a number we would have to invent: a revenue forecast, a client count, a guaranteed return.

What you leave with

We will not turn the review into a quiet retainer, and we will not fill gaps with invented numbers.

  • Facts separated from labeled assumptions.
  • Symptoms, likely causes, and hard constraints in different piles.
  • What is actually in the way, and whether the next step is a build, marketing, a cleanup, or back-office help.
  • Priorities capped to what your team can absorb.
  • Two to four quick moves with an owner type, a timebox, a first step, and a definition of done.
  • What to stop. A cheaper option where one is real.

How this package runs

  1. 01

Read what you sent before we talk

We list what you stated, what is missing, and what we would be assuming if we guessed. You correct the record.

  2. 02

Separate the loud problem from the constraint

Leads, lateness, inbox volume, and tool friction are clues. We test which one is actually limiting cash, time, or throughput.

  3. 03

    Keep the list short

Ranked work, not a catalog. If a third project would stall the first, it waits. Active workstreams stay few on purpose.

  4. 04

Write the plan you can use on Monday

Each move has an owner type, a timebox, the first step, and done. The plan includes what not to buy, hire, or launch.

  5. 05

    Review it once

You leave able to run the next step without us. If a later package fits, we name it. If none fits, we say that too.

What we need from you

  • What you sell, in one concrete sentence.
  • Who pays you, and how the work gets delivered.
  • What you have already tried.
  • Any deadline that is real — a lease, a season, a contract — not a mood.

After this package

If the review holds, the next buy is a build, a Growth Sprint, Ops Cleanup, or Inbox & Workflow. A website or app is scoped from that review. It is not a separate package on this page. The review can also be the whole job.

Fee and calendar are agreed in writing before work starts. This page is not a quote and not a promise of a financial result.
